Quick answer

Open ShushPDF Merge PDF, choose all your files at once, drag them into the right order and tap Merge PDF. Photos can go in the same file.

Application portals often ask for "one PDF with all documents". Here is how to put your files together in the right order.

On any phone or computer

  1. Open Merge PDF.
  2. Tap Choose files and select all the PDFs you want. On a phone, tap each file to select several at once.
  3. Drag the cards into the order you want. The first card becomes the first page. On a phone, drag using the dotted handle, or use the arrow button.
  4. Need a photo in there, like an ID card? Add JPG or PNG photos too. Each photo becomes a page.
  5. Tap Merge PDF and download.

On a Mac, with Preview

  1. Open the first PDF in Preview.
  2. Choose View and then Thumbnails to show the page list on the side.
  3. Drag the other PDF files from Finder into that list, where you want them to go.
  4. Choose File and then Export as PDF to save the combined file.
