Questions

Is an electronic signature like this legal?

In most countries (including the US under the ESIGN Act, the EU under eIDAS, the UK and India) a simple electronic signature is legally valid for most everyday documents like forms, leases and offer letters. Some documents, such as wills or certain government filings, may need a witnessed or certified signature. If in doubt, ask whoever sent you the document.

Can I sign on my phone?

Yes. Open this page on your phone, choose the PDF (from Files, email or WhatsApp downloads), then draw your signature with your finger.

Will my signature be saved?

If you tick "Remember on this device", your signature is kept in this browser only so you can reuse it next time. It is never uploaded. You can delete it at any time.

Are my files uploaded anywhere?

No. Your PDF is opened and changed inside your own browser, on your own device. Nothing is sent to a server. You can check: open your browser's Network panel while you work, or turn on airplane mode after the page loads. Everything still works.

Is it really free? Do I need an account?

Yes, it is free, with no account, no daily limit and no watermark. Because your device does the work, it costs us almost nothing to run.

What happens if I close the page by mistake?

Your work is saved in this browser only (not online). Come back to the same page and you can pick up where you left off. You can clear it at any time.
