How to turn photos into a PDF on your phone

Quick answer

Open ShushPDF JPG to PDF, tap Choose photos, select your photos, put them in order and tap Create PDF. Pick a size limit like 200 KB if a website needs it.

A photo of a document is often the fastest way to "scan" it. The trouble starts when a website will only accept a PDF, or wants all pages in one file.

On any phone (iPhone or Android)

  1. Open JPG to PDF and tap Choose photos. Pick from your gallery, or take a new photo with the camera.
  2. Put the photos in order by dragging the cards. Tap the rotate button on any photo that is sideways.
  3. Choose the page size. A4 or US Letter looks like a normal document. Same as photo keeps the photo's own shape.
  4. If a website has a limit, choose a size such as Under 200 KB.
  5. Tap Create PDF, then download or share it.

The built-in way on iPhone

  1. In Photos, select the photos, tap Share and choose Print.
  2. In the print screen, tap the Share button at the top and choose Save to Files.

This works, but you cannot set a size limit, and the pages may come out with large borders.
